Art Nouveau Wedding Gown (Style #1917)

Designed with very simple lines, the drama in this gown comes from the sheer, flowing drapes which fall gracefully over the shoulder and down into the moderate length train.

There are ribbon finger loops, worn around the middle finger, which allow for the sweeping motion of the drapes. For this gown, we have selected a beautiful "burn out silk" (charmeuse/chiffon) called "Devore silk," over silk charmeuse. The drapes are only the sheer Devore silk.

The simple neckline is highlighted with an insert rhinestone banding. The drapes are detachable and, when removed, silk charmeuse spaghetti straps become visible.

The entire effect of this gown is dramatic, elegant and exotic. This design is an excellent candidate for adding the romantic shimmer of delicate glitter lines that accent the pattern in the Devoré silk (see fabric embellishment on our order form). Lined in china silk.

Devoré Silk: $1,275
