What if I am interested in one of your gowns?
A. Use the e-mail link on the "contact us" page to let us
know what gown or style you're interested in. Be sure to give us your
e-mail address so we can get in touch with you. We have a very
successful system for working directly with our clients via e-mail, postal mail, and faxes.
Q.
Can I get a petite or a plus size wedding dress?
A. We can create any of our exclusive designs
in a petite bridal gown, a plus size bridal gown, a long waisted wedding
dress, a large size wedding dress… whatever you need. We can fit every
special shape to show your figure to it's best advantage.

What if I like a design but want in a color other than what you have
listed?
A. We have a wide variety of fabrics available. We will do our best to
accommodate your requests whenever possible.

How can I be assured the gown will fit?
A. We will construct the gown according to the measurements sent us.
As in all wedding gowns, to achieve the perfect, individual fit that every
bride wants, make arrangements to have minor final fitting alterations done
when the dress is received.
Q.
What if I have an unusual figure?
A. We do offer a service that involves constructing a muslin "mock-up"
of the bodice. If you're interested in this service, we will send you the mock-up so
it can be professionally pinned it to fit you. Then return the mock-up
to us so we can cut the gown in the actual fabric.
Q.
How long will it take?
A. The average gown takes 60-90 days for final completion, depending
on the amount of detail and hand work. We will accommodate rush orders
whenever possible for no additional charge.

Do you offer period headpieces to go with the gowns?
A. Yes. We already have period headpieces designed that complement
many of our gowns. Use our e-mail link on the "contact us" page if you
would like us to e-mail photos of the headpieces from your time period.

Do you custom design gowns also?
A. Yes, tell us about your dream gown. We will put
together a design packet that includes detailed sketches and fabric
swatches. Through inspiration, excellent work and true artistry, we create
beauty and joy by assisting brides in fulfilling their dreams!

Do you have gowns available other than what is in your Design Gallery?
A. We are constantly in the process of developing new designs and
making samples of current designs. If you are interested, please contact
us.

Do you design bridesmaids and grooms attire?
A. Yes. However, because we custom create each individual item for
you, this service can be quite costly compared to purchasing something
ready-made.
